We accept used bed linen and towels that are clean and free from hazardous materials. Items contaminated with hazardous substances or not meeting cleanliness standards may be rejected.

4. Collection and Shipping

Participating establishments are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping items to our designated collection points or recycling facilities.
